Radiohead hits brought to Cathedrals across the UK

Imagine hearing “Karma Police” or “Pyramid Song” echoing through the towering arches of some of the UK’s most stunning cathedrals. Sounds unreal? Well, it’s happening. And it’s selling out fast.

The really rather special 'Another Evening of of Radiohead 2025 Cathedral Tour' promises an incredible night of Radiohead’s finest. We’re talking hits, deep cuts, and hidden gems from the band’s back catalogue, all reimagined with a full live band, stellar vocalists and string quartet.

Concert inside a cathedral with an ornate organ backdrop. Bright stage lights illuminate the musicians, and a crowd fills the dim setting.
Christopher Buckle and local musicians to bring Radiohead's music to Leicester Cathedral

Your band for the evening will be fronted by Christopher Buckle, and will include local musicians and Radiohead lovers - Alfie Woods, Bruce Higgs, Daniel Anketell, Josh Semans, Lydia Karaviotis and Musical Director - Ewan Steady. The band will be accompanied by very special guests and nationally renowned string players - Mike Nowland, Mathias Svensson, Caroline Boddimead and Hannah Paterson.

Expect goosebumps when “No Surprises” floats through the stained-glass-lit spaces, or when “Everything in Its Right Place” reverberates off centuries-old stone. The acoustics? Mind-blowing. The vibe? Intimate but massive. Basically, peak Radiohead energy in places built for transcendence.

I’ve been a long-time Radiohead fan, catching the band’s Pyramid Stage headline slot  at 2003’s Glasto, a fact I repeat and alright, I gloat about, much to the eye-rolling annoyance of my daughter who is a huge fan. And just recently, probably due to my daughter’s passion, I have sort of fallen deeper in love with the band than ever before – I can’t wait for this tour.

But , here I am waxing lyrical about this and the Leicester Cathedral’s show on 6 March? It’s sold out. Brutal.

If you missed out, don’t panic, you can just about catch them at a Cathedral near you (if you’re quick!).

This isn’t just another tribute night. It’s a full-on immersive experience. Think: iconic songs, spine-chilling atmospheres, and a reimagined sound that’ll stick with you long after the final chord.
