Blossoms restaurant at Rutland Hall Hotel was officially opened this July by Alicia Kearns MP. Its Michelin-star executive head chef Sumit Chakrabarty has already launched a new daytime terrace menu to compliment the hot weather.

With stunning Rutland Water views, Blossoms' beautiful terrace will be taken advantage of by diners during the predicted heatwave this month.

The new menu is perfect for the hot summer days we're about to have, encouraging guests to sit outside while they dine.

The restaurant has added a new wood-fired pizza oven to serve mouth-watering flavour combinations, including the classic Margherita, Goats Cheese and Red Onion Marmalade or Cured Prosciutto and Wild Mushroom.

Grazing dishes are new to the menu, such as the Chilli Garlic Tiger Prawns or Sweet and Sour Cauliflower Fritter Bao Buns.

There's also sharing boards designed for a sociable luncheon. These include an Italian Charcuterie Board, an Oakwood Fired Greek Board, and for vegetarians, and a Grilled Vegetarian Meze Board.

Classics remain on the menu, from the deliciously juicy Handmade Beef Burger, to healthy wraps and the Croque Monsieur, as well as plentiful dessert options for those with a sweet tooth – including a nostalgic Ice Cream Sundae.

The sensational food menu is complemented with hand-picked wines, beers, hot and cold drinks from the Blossoms Bar to enjoy inside in the blossom-filled restaurant or outside on the terrace.

Blossoms' new daytime menu is available now and served Monday to Saturday, 12pm to 6pm.
