What is bungee fitness?
Bungee fitness is a dynamic and exhilarating exercise programme that uses bungee cords to create a low-impact, high-intensity workout experience. Participants are harnessed into bungee cords, allowing them to defy gravity, perform jumps, and experience the thrill of flying through the air, all while burning calories and strengthening muscles. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness fanatic, this class caters to everyone.
