Programme designed for professional services companies.
Multi-sector HR firm, Breedon Consulting, has announced the launch of its new affiliate programme.
The programme has been designed for professional services companies including accountancy practices, business coaches and consultancy firms.
The programme will give businesses the opportunity to differentiate themselves from their competitors, increase revenue, improve client satisfaction and cement themselves as a trusted advisor.

Nicki Robson, managing director at Breedon Consulting, said: “At Breedon we are well-known for being experts at what we do, and providing a great HR service, so introducing our services to clients can help professional services businesses and their teams look good, which is one reason why we have launched the affiliate programme.
“Adding a really good HR offering to your range of services is a great way of creating growth for a practice, without significantly affecting their time or resource.
“We are thrilled to be expanding our services, which will give us the ability to grow our client base within the accountancy and professional services sectors and look forward to welcoming companies onto the programme.”
Located in the heart of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire, Breedon Consulting has designed the programme with forward thinking practices in mind, which will be delivered by its team of hands-on HR experts.
Benefits include commission on revenue generated from clients, for the life of the client, a free of charge HR audit and report for the affiliate practice.
In addition, they will receive half a day free HR support for the practice for each client who works with Breedon on an ongoing contracted basis as a result of their introduction.
Breedon’s existing affiliate partner, Anna Brocklehurst, partner at Charnwood Accountants and Business Advisors, said: “Breedon Consulting is an excellent HR adviser. Practical and commercial is not something that applies to a lot of HR companies, but it certainly does here."
Breedon is keen that the affiliate partners have the opportunity to experience their services themselves, to satisfy themselves that the service is right for their clients.
The HR firm will also be providing pre-written email templates and supporting literature. All will support introducing the service to clients, and regular feedback on progress which the introducing business can feed into their client management process, enhancing their trusted advisor status.
