A charity summer ball run by a financial planning company is returning after two years this July.

The Furnley House Foundation Summer Ball will take place at the Marriott Hotel in Leicestershire. Guests will receive a three-course meal and drinks, entertainment and a charity auction and raffle.

The foundation holds a number of events to help bring the community together and have previously raised in excess of £40,000 each year.

Stefan Fura, Founder of Furnley House and Trustee of the Furnley House Foundation said: "After a two-year break, we’re very excited to be back with our Summer Ball.

"Our previous two balls raised over £75,000 between them and we are hoping for similar success this year."

The Furnley House Foundation was born out of Furnley House’s ambition to create opportunities and improve the lives of the local community.

The Zinthiya Trust is the 'headline charity' for the summer ball event. The Zinthiya Trust provides information, advice, and practical support to alleviate poverty and abuse in Leicestershire.

Stefan added: "The Zinthiya Trust impressed us by how wide-ranging the support they offer is and the funds raised at the ball will go towards supporting some of the most vulnerable people in society.

"We’d love to see as many people as possible joining us for what promises to be a great night raising money for an important cause."

Tickets are available to buy for the Furnley House Foundation Summer Ball takes place on July 1.
