Leicester’s yoga enthusiasts and newcomers alike are in for a treat as Hotpod Yoga Leicester invites the local community to a free Open Day on Sunday, March 23.

The event offers an opportunity to experience yoga in a uniquely immersive and heated environment, designed to enhance relaxation and flexibility.

Studio founder Tash Queirós is passionate about making yoga accessible and welcoming to all, regardless of experience level. “We see so many people walk into the pod for the first time and instantly feel different,” says Tash. “It’s a space to move, breathe, and let go of the outside world for an hour. We’d love for as many people as possible to come and experience it on our open day.”

Attendees can look forward to:

  • Free taster classes throughout the day

  • An opportunity to meet the instructors and explore the studio

  • Exclusive Open Day-only membership offers

While the event is free, spaces are limited, and advance booking is recommended to secure a spot.

Hotpod yoga is said to improve flexibility, balance, lung capacity, focus and mental health, as well as helping to boost endorphins.

Since opening its doors in 2021, Hotpod Yoga Leicester has provided a sensory yoga experience inside its signature inflatable pod.

The dimly lit, heated space fosters a calming atmosphere, allowing participants to flow through movements while escaping the distractions of daily life.

The open day promises to introduce more people to this innovative approach, with complimentary classes available throughout the day.
