The digital marketing and website agency is competing in the Excellence in Collaboration award category, recognised for its innovative partnership with Landmark Property Solutions, which resulted in the successful launch of the monthly Social Circle Networking Event.
Launched in 2023, the Social Circle Networking Event has quickly become a vital platform for Leicester’s entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners to connect and grow their professional networks.
This collaboration between Insight Consultancy and Landmark Property Solutions not only strengthened the local business community but also demonstrated how small businesses can work together to produce big results - a shining example of Excellence in Collaboration in action.
The impact of Social Circle has been notable, with 93% of attendees reporting that they had gained valuable connections and 100% saying they were likely or very likely to recommend Social Circle to friends or other businesses.
The collaboration began when Landmark sought to increase interest in their Leicester office spaces, building on their success with serviced offices in Milton Keynes.
Leveraging Insight Consultancy’s marketing expertise, the two companies launched the Social Circle Networking Event at Landmark's New Walk offices. This event addressed a clear need, offering the local business community a space to grow their professional networks while increasing visibility for Landmark’s office spaces.
For over a decade, Insight Consultancy has supported local and national businesses with services including website design, branding, marketing, and business development. Their work with Landmark Property Solutions highlights their ability to deliver practical solutions that deliver a real impact.
Central to the success of the collaboration was its positive impact on both businesses. Landmark saw an increase in occupancy rates, while both Insight and Landmark benefited from a strengthened brand image and a growing reputation as supporters of local businesses.

The EMC Leicestershire Business Awards celebrate excellence and innovation across the region’s business landscape. Winners will be announced at a ceremony on 8th November 2024, where leading businesses from across the East Midlands will gather to celebrate their achievements.
