Leicester-based 3T recognised in a global industry report

They also recently won a contract for an American multinational food company.

Transport management technology company 3T Logistics has been recognised for the fifth consecutive year in a globally respected industry report.

The Gartner Magic Quadrant for Transportation Management Systems (TMS) named the company in its March 2022 report.

3T is one of only fifteen companies included in the report.

Steve Twydell, Founder and CEO of 3T Logistics and Technology Group, said: “We are extremely proud to be recognised in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Transportation Management Systems, especially this being the fifth year running.

"We feel that this is such a prestigious reference within the transport management industry and highlights 3T’s culture of innovation, hard work and challenging convention.”

The report is designed to help supply chain leaders navigate an ever-changing and increasingly complex TMS vendor landscape.

This year’s report evaluated TMS vendors against 'ability to execute' criteria and 'completeness of vision' criteria.

Since 2001, 3T has been on a mission to reduce empty running through shipper-carrier collaboration by using technology, and this remains the business’ north star to this day.

Through its collaborative digital transport platform, Event, 3T is working with many other mid-market and large businesses within both the shipper and carrier segments to generate significant value for all.

3T’s digital transport platform 'Event' delivers significant transport cost reductions and service improvement through automation, optimisation and data insights, enabling rapid supply chain digital transformation.

The solution is widely used within the transport sector and 3T has continued to build on its success, most recently securing the contract to deliver world-class transport management for an American multinational food company Kraft Heinz in the UK.
