Centre wins Tripadvisor Traveler’s Choice Award 2024.
The National Space Centre has again been recognised in Tripadvisor’s Traveler’s Choice Awards for 2024.
The award honours businesses that constantly earn great reviews through exceptional customer service and high quality experiences.
Chas Bishop, Chief Executive at the National Space Centre said: “It is wonderful hearing from visitors who take the time to make recommendations based on their experiences with us.
"It is really important that we respond to what they are telling us so we can make the National Space Centre as good as it can be. The best comments are usually about the team – well done everybody!”
Based on authentic, first-hand reviews over a twelve-month period, the National Space Centre has retained its place among the top 10% of attractions around the world on Tripadvisor, continuing its achievement from last year.
Reviews online praised “helpful and enthusiastic staff,” a “commendable attitude to inclusivity,” and galleries that were “interesting for all ages,” as well as mentioning the value of the annual pass scheme.
