Let me take you back a few months, when I finally decided to start paying attention to my skin. At 42, I’d always been the type of person who grabbed whatever skincare was on sale at the local pharmacy. I wasn’t terrible about it, but facials, professional treatments, or anything beyond basic moisturiser weren’t really on my radar. I thought my skin was fine – until I realised it could be so much better.

That’s when I made the decision to invest in myself and my skin. Part of my new year promises to myself was to find ways to relax and look after myself more with saunas, wild water swimming and now skin care! When I met Natalie, she was so friendly and really took the time to understand my skin’s needs. After a thorough skin analysis, she told me that my skin wasn’t quite ready for BBL just yet.

Honestly, I wasn’t surprised. I’d pretty much neglected my skin over the years, and the outer layers were definitely showing signs of wear and tear. My skin looked dull, dry, and uneven. Natalie was so knowledgeable and explained exactly what was going on and how we could fix it.

She came up with a plan, which included some amazing products from Murad. I’d heard of Murad before but had never actually used any of their products. Let me tell you, they are so much better than the pharmacy stuff I’d been using!
