It will include priority notifications, discounts, and first access to seats.
De Montfort Hall are pleased to announce they will be implementing a new membership scheme, starting from Monday, August 12, 2024.
For £25 a year, the scheme will allow visitors access to various benefits, including money off parking at the Hall, exclusive access to ticket pre-sales, a brochure mailed out in advance of general release, various ticket discounts, and local benefits.
Teaming up with Leicester restaurants, bars and hotels, De Montfort Hall members will receive discounts and offers at various establishments, including Halcyon Kitchen, Marquis Wellington, Belmont Hotel and more.
The Hall hope this scheme encourages visitors to make a night of their theatre trip, whether to see a comedian, a musician, or a classical orchestra.
Venue Director Antony Flint said: "Across the theatre and entertainment industry, we’ve seen a big increase in the range of memberships and rewards schemes on offer.
"We know how hard it has been for people to find money recently, and we want to be able to give something back to those who continue to support us, help them make the most of their visits and get the chance for a few discounts along the way."
This new membership will grant exclusive access for customers, notifying them of new seasons first, offering select ticket discounts, and allowing first access to seats in pre-sales. These highly sought after benefits will afford members a first-class treatment to help them get the most out of their continued support.
The membership works in partnership with several Leicester businesses, an element the Hall were keen to include.
Antony continues: "De Montfort Hall is instantly recognisable as one of the central pillars of Leicester’s cultural scene, and we wanted to continue to cement our place in the city through collaborations with great local businesses, helping our customers get the best deals they can, and continuing to aid and improve the Leicester economy."
The Hall has taken pride of place in Leicester since 1913, playing host to a plethora of famous faces including The Beatles, Gary Barlow, Blondie, Bob Dylan, Kasabian and more. Now, the venue welcomes a different production almost every night, catering to a wide array of interests.
Memberships will be available for £25 a year and can be purchased online or through the box office from Monday, August 12.
