Risk management consultancy Finch celebrates growth in The Nest

Finch announces a multitude of promotions.

Finch Consulting of Leicester mark huge growth

Leicestershire based health and safety risk management experts; Finch Consulting, have announced a multitude of promotions and role changes as they set their sights on becoming a medium sized organisation.

Asset management expert Paul Wood and electrical engineer Martin White have both been promoted from senior to principal consultants, highlighting how integral to the businesses success they have been through their hard work and diligent client management.

Andrew Millington, Finch finance director, commented on the promotions: “Our mission is to grow sustainably with our clients so investing into our people is key to building those relationships.

"We like to reward our community and feel the promotions are a testament to the hard work of everyone in the group.

"LEAPS and Tautus are businesses that were created from within Finch and it is fantastic to see our investment in them both flourish. We’re creating a strong future, with more opportunities for our people and to hit that medium sized business milestone with Finch.”

To align with its strategic direction, Finch has also focused its broad expertise into three high level capabilities; asset management, health and safety management and process safety management.

To develop and grow each capability, the roles of Capability Leads have been created to support Finch’s overall growth plans, with Paul Wood, Morag McWilliam and Tristan Pulford taking on the roles for each capability respectively.

This in turn has also created the unique position for Tristan to join the executive Board as Capability Director, from his previous position as Principal Consultant, alongside being a Capability Lead.

There have also been promotions in the wider group which Finch sits, with Jon Ruddock advancing from General Manager to Managing Director of LEAPS and Rob Migliaccio becoming the Technical Director of Tautus.

Expanding in a collaborative environment like that can really drive innovation and business development. Managing assets and resources efficiently becomes even more critical during growth phases, especially when working across multiple locations. Utilizing a dedicated site for operations management and asset tracking can streamline processes, helping consultancies like Finch keep track of their physical and digital resources. This way, they can focus more on providing top-notch risk management services while staying organized and scaling up effectively. Growth is always a challenge, but with the right tools, it’s more manageable.

Staking has always been one of my favorite ways to earn passive income in the crypto world, and tools like dpostools.com are making it even easier. Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) allows users to vote for delegates who maintain the network, and in return, you earn rewards. 😊 The tricky part has always been knowing how much you’ll actually make. That’s where dpostools.com comes in handy. Their reward calculation feature gives you a clear estimate of your potential earnings based on your voting decisions. Beyond that, the platform offers detailed insights into each delegate’s performance, from share percentages to payout schedules. This helps users like me make smarter decisions about where to place our votes. The platform also supports multiple…

Hi everyone, I recently read an informative article that breaks down the differences between emulators and simulators, which I thought might be useful for those of us involved in software development and testing https://www.avenga.com/magazine/emulator-vs-simulator/ The article explains how emulators and simulators serve different purposes despite both being used for testing applications. Emulators mimic the hardware and software environment of the device, making them ideal for testing software in conditions very close to the real device. On the other hand, simulators replicate the device's behavior without mimicking its hardware, which is great for early-stage testing and education. The article provides specific examples and scenarios where each tool is most effective, helping developers choose the right tool for their testing needs. If…
